Canada乌鸦传媒檚 cannabis-fairy is campaigning again and he乌鸦传媒檚 making a stop in Kelowna.

Pro-marijuana activist Dana Larsen is on his second tour called Overgrow Canada, despite the setbacks of last year乌鸦传媒檚 tour which involved his .

Larsen will be giving a speech Thursday, April 6, 8 p.m., at the East Kelowna Hall.

West Kelowna is his second-to-last stop on his OverGrow Canada campaign which aims to have citizens planting plants in public locations in order to show 乌鸦传媒渃ivil disobedience.乌鸦传媒�

Larsen is still facing charges and is currently out on bail, but he is expected to attend court hearings on April 9 and 10.

乌鸦传媒淚f anything I think it makes it more important to keep doing this and to draw attention to this issue,乌鸦传媒� he said.

乌鸦传媒漈he idea that they乌鸦传媒檙e going to charge me on cannabis seeds is ludicrous on many levels,乌鸦传媒� adding stores across Canada carry the seeds.

He is worried about breaking bail, but he doubts he乌鸦传媒檒l be spending time in jail. Calgary will be his last stop on the tour just in case something goes awry.

The seeds Larsen will be handing out will not grow plants with high levels of THC, the ingredient associated with feelings of euphoria, hallucinations and anxiety.

Last year, his stop in Kelowna had a packed house, with people waiting outside for two hours to get seeds.
