In a season where he became just the third coach in BCHL history to record 700 career wins, Fred Harbinson is up for his fifth Joe Tennant Memorial Trophy.
The Penticton Vees' head coach, general manager and president is a finalist to win the league's coach of the year award, along with TrailÎÚÑ»´«Ã½™s Tim Fragle and ChilliwackÎÚÑ»´«Ã½™s Brian Maloney.
Harbinson has won the award four times, most recently in 2022.

Harbinson, who began his Vees tenure ahead of the 2007-2008 campaign, won his 700th career game on Oct. 15 2024 with a 6-2 Penticton victory over the Okotoks Oilers.
He later passed legendary BCHL bench boss Kent Lewis for second on the all-time wins list (713).
