A Kelowna home builder was a standout winner at the 2024 Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence on Mar. 2.

Fawdry Homes took four awards including Excellence in Certified Home - Custom, and three for Excellence in Single Family Detached Home in several price categories.

The Canadian Home Builders Association of the Central Okanagan (CHBA-CO) presented the 31st anniversary of the awards.

One of the highlights of the night was the 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award to Charles 乌鸦传媒楥huck乌鸦传媒� Cullen. He has more than 33 years of experience in the local residential construction industry and was honoured by his peers with a tribute video and a standing ovation.

乌鸦传媒淚 have been given the opportunity to pass on any knowledge that I have attained in this career to the project coordinators I have worked with, the apprentices, and the young people who wish to be apprentices in the hopes that this knowledge will perpetuate our industry for years to come,乌鸦传媒� Cullen said.

乌鸦传媒淚 want to dedicate this award, and this moment to not only those who came before me but also to those who are coming after me.乌鸦传媒�

This year saw a record-breaking number of entries which were considered by a panel of 22 judges in home building, renovation, and interior design from across Canada.
