The Kelowna RCMP is asking for the publicÎÚÑ»´«Ã½™s assistance to identify a man accused of a breaking into a business, stealing a vehicle and escaping grand theft auto style, on Jan. 29, at approximately 5 a.m.
According to the RCMP, a man is alleged to have broken into a business located business in the 2700 block of Highway 97 north.
The man allegedly broke a window of garage door to gain access to the property and stole a 2014 white Nissan Pathfinder.
According to police, he then drove through the garage door with the stolen vehicle and fled through the parking lot onto Highway 97.
Police are asking the public to submit any dash camera or video security footage from the 2700 block of Highway 97 north between 5:15 a.m. and 6:15 a.m. on that morning.
