RCMP were called to the intersection of Franklyn and Houghton roads on Oct. 21 after reports that someone was run over by a vehicle.

One person was injured and taken to hospital and was later identified on social media as 15-year-old Tristan Seeger.

He died from his injuries on Oct. 22.

Police stated they were investigating two related incidents that took place in Rutland the previous afternoon.

Paule Seeger said her son was a social butterfly who was loved a lot.

Two people were arrested in the days following Tristan乌鸦传媒檚 death but were released shortly after.

No one has yet been charged, which has become particularly infuriating for Paule.
