Lower costs but better jobs and services 乌鸦传媒� that was NDP leader John Horgan乌鸦传媒檚 motto as he kicked off his party乌鸦传媒檚 provincial election campaign in Surrey on Sunday.

乌鸦传媒淭hree simple commitments: lower costs, better services and good jobs for the future,乌鸦传媒� Horgan told a packed banquet hall.

It乌鸦传媒檚 still two days before the election writ is officially dropped but Horgan didn乌鸦传媒檛 waste any time attacking the BC Liberals track record on education, the environment and healthcare.

He took aim at the province乌鸦传媒檚 healthcare system.

Horgan also took on Premier Christy Clark乌鸦传媒檚 recent promise that the Liberals would cap bridge tolls at $500 per year.
